Castle Tratzberg

At Tratzberg Castle in Jenbach, you can experience the over 500-year-old, moving history of the estate up close on a guided tour with audio guide. Optionally, the tour introduction is also offered with 360° virtual reality glasses. The informative tour takes you through the impressive Habsburg Hall, the Gothic Fugger Room and the Queen's Room. Silbermine Schwaz

Mother of all mines. Experience how 500 years ago more than 10.000 miners searched for silver and copper and made the Tyrol one of the richest countries of Europe. Once Schwaz was the largest mining metropolis with more than 85% of the world´s silver production. 800 metres deep at the core of the mountain you will dive into the unique world of the reknown Silver Mine of Schwaz.

Rattenberg

The medieval town of Rattenberg nestles between the Inn River on one side and the Schlossberg Mountain on the other . Around 600 people (the smallest town in Austria) live in the carefully restored civic houses, jewels of medieval urban construction. Rattenberg is also known as the glass town, where beautiful creations of engraved glass, painted glass, crystal glass, plates, bowls etc. can be found. Glass blowers can also be watched at work.

Wolfsklamm St. Georgenberg

St. Georgenberg near Stans is the most romantic place of pilgrimage in Tyrol. The baroque pilgrims church, and the "Lindenkirchlein" in gothic style are Tyrols best example of sacral art. A special experience is a hike through the "Wolfsklamm" (gorge).

"Deathless Model" Cemetry

A visit to the town of Rattenberg can be combined with a trip to what is known as the Model Cemetry. The "Deathless Cemetry" is the result of intensive efforts by the Guggenberger family, and provides a worthy place for gems of ancient handcrafts. The inscriptions inspire the visitor to reflect cheerfully and contemplatively about life and death.
